It has been quite pleasant for outside dining in the last week. We have had dinner on our back verandah 3 times. We have noticed outside structures being assembled that must be put away during the colder months. Stand alone gas heaters are standard for outdoor dining/drinking in winter - these are mainly found in Old Town Square facing the Astronomical Clock or around Wenceslas Square for the tourists.
Yes it does get windy. We have had 18 deg days that feel like 30deg because there is no wind, and 14 deg days that feel like 2 deg with the wind chill.
